Classes
MrWoods.org has moved here
Some people were having problems with the old site (with the Google Document links), so I’ve moved all of our web pages here. To find them just look under the Classes menu above, scroll to our class and you’ll find the link you’re looking for.

Welcome to the new and improved class website. Despite having a good set of tools in the school site I have decided that we can do more with a stand-alone site. We will still use the school’s homework site for certain tasks, but the new class site will help me to provide you with even more resources, so you can improve. Plus it looks nice and gives me something to do in the evenings. (wink)
“Continuous effort — not strength or intelligence — is the key to unlocking our potential. — Winston Churchill.”
Our capabilities as a group (as in Business and Economics) is limited by our resources. So I’m hoping that this site will help us to extend our access to resources, so we can do more as a group. that really used to limit students’ success in the past was access to teacher time. There is no substitute for in-class time, but today there are always opportunities for you to learn on your own. With this site I will try to aggregate as many of the best resources as possible, so that you will be able to make the best use of your time –both in class time and outside of it.
Churchill said that continuous effort is the real key to our success, not strength or intelligence or who you know. Keep pushing and you’ll do great things as the leaders, managers and great thinkers of tomorrow.
And, as always, please let me know if you can think of anything that might help you to succeed. (You can use the Contact link on this site if you’d like. It’s a little faster than using the school email). In the mean time I hope this is useful to you. If you’d like to know more about how to improve, I’ve written a an article about it on my blog. There are definitely some tricks you an employ to better your chances of success and talent has nothing to do with it.
